Lehman Volvo Cars in the Community
Lehman Volvo Cars: Building Stronger Connections Throughout Pennsylvania
At Lehman Volvo Cars, we believe that being part of a community means more than just selling vehicles. It means actively participating in the betterment of the neighborhoods and families we serve. Our dealership has built a legacy of charitable giving and community involvement that extends far beyond our showroom floors. With deep roots in the region, we actively support organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of Pennsylvania residents.
Supporting Health and Wellness Initiatives
Mental health and wellness remain critical concerns for families throughout the region, and Lehman Volvo Cars is proud to support organizations addressing these needs. We proudly participated in the In Him Christian Wellness Fourth Annual Golf Tournament, a fundraiser dedicated to providing counseling and clinical wellness services to communities stretching from Central, PA to Harrisonburg, Virginia. Even residents of Mechanicsburg, PA benefit greatly from accessible mental health resources, and we are honored to contribute to this important cause.
October holds special significance as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and our dealership demonstrates its commitment through our partnership with the PA Breast Cancer Coalition. Through our Breast Cancer Awareness Month Sales Pledge, we donate a portion of every sale throughout October to help patients receive care and access vital assistance resources through PABCC. Families in Harrisburg, PA can feel confident knowing their local dealership supports this life-saving mission.
Protecting Children and Families
Children deserve to grow up in safe, nurturing environments, which is why Lehman Volvo Cars enthusiastically supports Randi's House of Angels. We participated in A Round for Randi's 11th Annual Golf Outing, a fundraiser benefiting children affected by domestic abuse throughout Central Pennsylvania. This organization provides crucial services and support systems that help young victims heal and thrive. Community members in Carlisle, PA, can take pride in knowing local businesses stand united against domestic violence.
Honoring Our Veterans
The men and women who serve our country deserve unwavering support when they return home, and Lehman Volvo Cars is committed to honoring their sacrifices. We proudly support the Verhovay Home Association Fall Golf Outing, a local veterans' fundraiser that assists those returning from duty who need wellness support as they reacclimate to civilian life. The transition from military to civilian life presents unique challenges, and this organization provides essential resources to ease that journey.
Additionally, our dealership supports Operation Restore Hope through their sixth annual fundraiser. This vital organization provides veteran services, including assistance to families caring for disabled veterans. Those residing in Middletown, PA can appreciate how these programs strengthen the fabric of our community by ensuring no veteran is left behind.
Investing in Education and Youth Development
Education forms the foundation of a thriving community, and Lehman Volvo Cars recognizes the importance of supporting local schools. We make an annual contribution to the Christian School Association of Greater Harrisburg, helping to cover tuition needs and annual operating expenses for facilities. These contributions ensure that families have access to quality educational options for their children. Parents in Enola, PA understand the value of strong educational institutions in shaping future generations.
Making Dreams Come True
Perhaps nothing captures the spirit of community giving quite like helping children's dreams come true. Lehman Volvo Cars sponsored the Evening of Wishes fundraiser for the Central PA sub-chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which serves the Philadelphia, Delaware, and Susquehanna Valley chapters. This incredible organization grants wishes to children facing critical illnesses, bringing joy and hope to families during challenging times. Families throughout Boiling Springs, PA, and beyond benefit from the compassionate work this foundation accomplishes.
